Dr. Baker was born and raised in Northwest Indiana. From an early age, he developed a passion for health, fitness, and athletic performance. He served in the U.S. Army and attended school through an ROTC scholarship from 1990 to 1998. During his military service, he earned his Master Fitness Trainer Certification and was selected to compete for the Army’s Marathon and Winter Biathlon teams.

Dr. Baker graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas, in 1998. After graduation, he was offered the opportunity of a lifetime to practice in Dublin, Ireland, where he worked with the National Athletic Stadium and provided care to some of Ireland’s top athletes preparing for the 2000 Olympics. This experience allowed him to develop advanced knowledge in sports injuries, rehabilitation, and performance optimization while working alongside elite athletes and healthcare professionals.

Returning to the United States in 2001, Dr. Baker continued expanding his expertise by working with experienced educators and healthcare professionals across different locations, including Jamaica and Alaska. Combining his extensive training and international experience, he founded Elite Healthcare in Chicago in 2003 with the goal of providing exceptional chiropractic care and helping patients achieve better health and performance.

Dr. Baker is a skilled practitioner, educator, and advocate for health and wellness. Over the past 15 years, he has delivered hundreds of lectures on health-related topics, with a special focus on athletes, sports injuries, and injury prevention. His approach combines clinical expertise with his own experience as an athlete to provide personalized care focused on long-term results.
