Rebecca graduated from University of Illinois as a physical therapist in 1999. Since then, she has gained a wealth of experience and has become an expert working with a vast array of patient types.
One of Rebeccas major goals is to help her patients prevent future injuries. By improving posture, correcting muscle imbalances, and strengthening key areas of the body, patients can move more efficiently and with less strain. This makes Physical Therapy valuable not only for recovery but also for maintaining lifelong wellness.
Your sessions with Rebecca may include a mix of guided exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and advanced modalities such as class IV laser therapy, shockwave therapy, spinal decompressone, or ultrasound therapy. Each treatment plan is created after a careful evaluation of your condition, daily activities, and recovery goals.
Many patients begin to notice improved strength, flexibility, and reduced pain within just a few weeks. With regular therapy, these benefits continue to grow, supporting long-term mobility and
overall wellness.
